I partnered with one of my favorite collaborators, Brett Bluth, on this project — renovating and opening up Yuki Yama's upstairs space to more than double the restaurant's seating capacity.

A custom family-style table with a granite top, built-in benches, and a commissioned 22-foot painting brought the space to life.
