A new floor plan made this late-19th-century home far more functional for the homeowners and their growing family. I incorporated Victorian details throughout — in the tile work, wall paneling, coffered ceilings, and lighting — while weaving in touches of the Craftsman style the homeowners love. The result is a stylish, warm, and inviting family home meant to be enjoyed for generations to come.
