These homeowners and I embarked on a large renovation of their home in the Yalecrest neighborhood in Salt Lake City. A new floor plan and a vaulted ceiling gave this home the update it needed. The concrete fireplace and horizontal grain walnut cabinetry helped to create the modern streamlined feel that the clients love.
